Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

World Care Mission

The Global Campaign to End Pandemic Social Distancing and Combat Loneliness and Global Mental Challenges.

Making a positive impact on the environment, social responsibility, and good governance (ESG) is not just a topic for discussion but an underlying consideration in all that we touch.

Zoul’s mission is rooted in a commitment to sustainable mental wellness, which we believe is foundational to true Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) impact. We recognise that mental health plays a crucial role in fostering a world that values equality, compassion, and responsibility – essential qualities for lasting societal and environmental impact.

While data quality, reliability, and greenwashing can pose challenges to the accurate measurement of ESG criteria, Zoul believes that ESG can be achieved through the world population’s strong mental health and wellness. Mental strength and wellness lead to non-discrimination and consideration of the human race as a whole. Every piece of Zoul content is built on the principle of gratitude, recognizing that everything we consume is derived from the earth and other human beings.

Diversity and Equal Opportunity

At Zoul, we actively embrace diversity, bringing together people of all nationalities, races, religions, and genders. By fostering an inclusive team, we provide equal opportunities and create content that resonates with people from all backgrounds, with the goal of helping everyone feel a part of making this world a better place.

In creating Zoul, we involve people of all nationalities, races, religions, and genders, thereby promoting equality of opportunity for all to be part of making this world a better place.

Mindfulness and Sustainability

Zoul’s content is built on the principles of gratitude and mindfulness. Our audio sessions encourage users to appreciate the resources we consume, from the water we drink to the air we breathe, as a reminder of our connection to each other and to the planet. By promoting mindfulness, we aim to cultivate a sense of responsibility that extends beyond the self to the environment and the global community.

Mental Wellness as Social Impact

We believe that strong mental health fosters empathy and reduces discrimination, helping individuals see themselves as part of a larger whole. When people are mentally well, they’re more likely to contribute positively to society, supporting a culture of compassion and unity. This focus on mental wellness is how Zoul seeks to make a social impact within the ESG framework.

Seeing oneself as part of the whole, and the whole as part of oneself. Recognizing the sufferings of others as our own and the happiness of others as our family’s happiness.

World Depression Care Day (WCD)

In a world once quieted by distance, World Cares emerged — a global movement to reconnect hearts and remind us of the power of human connection. Sparked by a simple conversation among friends, this heartfelt initiative invites cities to ask: Does your city care?

From London to Tokyo, people gather in parks and streets. A simple hug becomes a symbol of unity and emotional healing — transcending words.

You are not alone. Reach out, touch hearts, change lives.

At Zoul, we proudly initiated and support World Depression Care Day (WCD) — a global event that brings kindness, mindfulness, and emotional support into everyday life. This movement embodies our core belief in “self-generating joy” and long-lasting, sustainable wellness.

By nurturing mental health, promoting inclusivity, and encouraging mindful living, we aim to create a world that values both people and the planet as one.
